六年级英语上册教案:Which do you like better?(第1课时)

1、词汇:了解西方特色食物名称,sandwich,hamburger,donuts,cupcakes,milk shake,apple juice等。

2、句型:询问或表达个人爱好的句子结构Which do you like better? I like…better.

3、语法:区分like better和favorite的用法。

教学目标:

1、能运用句型Which do you like better? I like… better.询问或回答对某种食物的喜好。

2、能听懂、会说、认读donut,cupcake等食物和饮料类词汇,并能在实际情境中运用。

3、初步感知比较级和最高级,合理使用句子结构I like…better. My favorite….进行表达。

一、Listen and say

(1)导入

T: What food or drink do you like?

Ss: I like ….

将学生提到的食物板书,按中西方特色进行分类。

T: If you want to have some food and drink, where do you buy?

Ss: I go to the supermarket.

T: Today ,Lingling and Maomao go to the supermarket. Let’s go and find them.

播放完整动画,学生初步感知。

设计意图:激活英语课堂的气氛,无任务的观看故事,目的是让学生在放松欣赏对话的同时,初步了解故事的整体梗概,为进一步细致、准确分析语言做准备。

T: Now,They are talking about food and drink in the supermarket.

What food are they talking?

Ss:Meat,fish and chicken

T: Chicken or fish, which does Lingling like better? Why?

Ss: She likes fish better. It’s yummy.

T: Lingling likes fish better, and she doesn’t like chicken. Is that right?

Ss:No.

T:She likes chicken,she likes fish,but she likes fish better.

板书She likes chicken .

She likes fish.

She likes fish better.

T: What food does Maomao like? What is his favorite food?

Ss: He likes chicken, meat. Meat is his favorite.

T: What does he say?

Ss: Meat is my favorite. I like chicken, too.

板书Meat is my favorite.

设计意图:通过心形数量帮助学生理解like…better和favorite的意思,初步感知比较级和最高级。

学习对话2

T: And then they want to buy some drink.(出示对话2图片)What drink can you see?

Ss: Milk ,juice and water.

T:What is in Maomao’s hand?

Ss:Juice.

T: Here is a bottle of juice.(出示实物,帮助学生理解bottle的意思)

T:Juice or water,which does Lingling like better?

Ss:Water.

T:At last ,what do they do?

Ss: They go and pay.

解释pay的意思

设计意图:本部分主要是学习询问他人及表达自己更喜欢哪种实物的用语,利用购物情境,教师追问,图片解释等多种方式帮助学生理解和掌握所学语言,正确运用语言。

(3)操练

播放录音,学生跟读,引导学生模仿录音中的语音语调。

同桌练习。

角色扮演。
