关于金钱对幸福感的影响及其心理机制

(3)心理学的任何研究主题都需要考虑所处的文化背景,这就涉及本土化的问题。以上结论大部分都是基于国外的研究成果,而国内研究才刚刚起步,这些结论是否可以推广到中国,还有待于本土化的实证研究。而且,在以“构建社会主义和谐社会”为主题的中国现阶段,对此课题的研究还有着重要的实践意义。经济发展、环境优美、人际和谐、全体社会成员欢乐幸福是和谐社会的基本特征。构建社会主义和谐社会,不仅要关注经济硬指标,更要关注人民大众的切身感受。因此,对政府而言,可以此课题的研究成果作为参考,制定一些以提高人民整体幸福感的相关政策,如解决贫困问题、缩小收入差距等等。但是,需要注意的是,目前幸福感测量本身还不完全成熟,应该主要采取探索的方式,尤其需要从中更多地知道到底有些什么因素影响了人们的幸福感,并随之不断完善施政的指标体系。目前幸福感测量研究存在指标不统一、研究方法创新不够、文化差异性日益突出等问题,所以从中国的文化背景和当前的经济社会发展程度出发,借鉴国外的理论和方法,提出适合当今中国居民的幸福感理论构念并编制出相应的幸福感量表,是极为迫切的问题。

注释:

①国内学界通常把subjective well-being译为“主观幸福感”,是为了与另一个并列使用的不同的概念“心理幸福感”(psychological well-being)相区别。但“主观幸福感”的说法不太符合中文的表达习惯,因为在中文中,“感”已能表明其主观性。而且本文讨论的都是“主观幸福感”,没有涉及“心理幸福感”这个概念。因此,本文中我们把subjective well-being一律译为“幸福感”。
