[摘要]汽车轮胎螺栓传统生产是采用自动冷镦机和多工位成型，其生产精度有待提高，如何生产高精度的汽车轮胎螺栓?汽车轮胎螺栓冷镦模就是为生产高精度的汽车轮胎螺栓而设计。本课题主要研究的是汽车轮胎螺栓冷镦成型及模具设计。通过对成型方案的对比，选择最优的方案，从下料，原材料的前处理，镦挤成型等有关参数的设计计算设计模具的工作尺寸。
