A Flower in the Desert
This happened many summers ago.
There was a young flower in the desert where all was dry and sad looking. It was growing by itself, enjoying every day.

And she was so pleased. Because she would have a chance to bring beauty to this corner of sand.

One day the hunter came by and stepped on her.

As we all know, we are what we eat. Therefore, it is very important for us to have healthy eating habits. Some of us don't have breakfast every day, some like eating before sleeping and some eat too much. These are all unhealthy eating habits.
Scientists advise us to eat different kinds of food, not the only one we like. And we should eat food at a right time. For example, we’d better finish our dinner at least two hours before we sleep. We should eat fresh vegetables and fruit every day. And remember to eat less meat. Drink a glass of water in the morning or at night if you can.
We eat for many different reasons but not always for the right reason. Most people choose food because of the taste, and that’s OK because food is to be enjoyed. However, if we choose food based on taste alone, without thinking about nutrition(营养), then it is certain that we are going to put on weight. To change your unhealthy eating habits, you can start with thinking about the nutritional value as well as the amount of calorie(卡路里) and fat.
We should obey the healthy eating habits to keep healthy. And it is the most important to eat the food that is helpful to our health.
