Have you ever heard about Chaplin? He was one of the greatest and funniest actors in the history of the cinema. During his lifetime, Chaplin acted in 13 films, and wrote, directed(导演) and acted in 69 other films.
Chaplin was born in London in 1889. He began to act by chance when he was five years old. Chaplin’s other was a singer. One day she lost her voice during the performance and had to leave the stage.
