以下句子的读音:

以上句中的th, v 以及afraid what about的连读等,发音较难,要反复带读,练习。

教学过程:

How are you?

Whats you name?

How old are you?

Where are you from?

Who is he / she?

老师出示课文的挂图,指着男售货员和顾客余虹。自问自答,然后请学生回答:

Who is the man? He is the salesman.

Who is the girl? She is Yu Hong.

由这两个问答引入课文发生的场景:

一天下午,余虹到一家文具店习铅笔盒,售货员先和余虹打招呼,售货员介绍,余虹挑选并询问价钱:

课文(板书)

Salesman: Good afternoon. Can I help you?

Yu Hong: Yes, I want a pencil-box.

Salesman: This one is very nice.

Yu Hong: How much?

Salesman: Ten yuan.

Yu Hong: Too dear, Im afraid.

Salesman: What about this one.

Its only five yuan.

Yu Hong: OK, Ill buy it.
