完成拓展练习册上本单元相关练习。
反思：本单元主要围绕“季节及气候”这个话题开展各项活动，所涉及的日常交际项目有介绍的，询问的，或是建议的，其中，以“询问天气”及其应答为重点内容。同时并学习一些常用的与气象相关的词汇。本节课是这个单元的第一教时，我主要安排了学生学习相关季节单词和气候特征的单词，并熟悉及能运用What’s the weather like in ……?It’s ……作简单的询问，由于我在开学初就把这节课的大多数内容都在平时做了相关渗透，所以这节课学生学起来比较的轻松，也比较的活跃，同时为了能够让学生更好的掌握及巩固所学内容，我充分利用了多媒体课件，利用形象化的语言和动作，使教学内容更贴近了学生的生活，激发了学生学习的兴趣，提高了学生参与课堂教学的积极性。
本课主要围绕询问气候特征和对季节的爱好来展开教学，教师可以围绕当地气候及适合的运动项目来教授，以保证学生在课堂上有话可说。其实学生对季节和气候等并不陌生，为了使学生更好地掌握本单元的学习内容，教师在教学过程中要多考虑学生的年龄特点，充分利用多媒体课件，图片，幻灯，简笔画等手段，运用形象化的语言和动作，使教学内容更贴近学生的生活，激发学生的学习兴趣，提高学生参与语言活动的积极性。
本课是围绕课文内容展开教学，是来谈论纽约的四季和气候，教师在教授过程中可以先结合当地气候，或是上网了解一些其他城市的气候特征来引出本课，让学生在充分对所学句型认识的基础上，进行教学，这样通过前面的铺垫，分层的教学，降低了学生学习的难度。
教师在这最后的复习课中可以创设一定的情景，让学生发挥想象，自主发言，充实本课所学的内容，进一步培养学生的语言能力。同时通过Part D部分着重训练和培养学生听录音，提取、分析有用的信息，并能用填空的方式重构这些信息的能力，其他一些辨音和rhyme练习教师可以结合班级实际情况，边读边学，并可以进行适当的渗透。
