She’s/He’s… 通过填入所缺字母，使学生更易发现和记忆元音字母e在同一个单词中的不同发音，渗透语音教学。

钟表的呈现使学生发现12个数字中12是个新词，激发学生学习兴趣。

数字13到19有一定规律性，便于学生记忆，其中fifteen和eighteen稍微有别于其他单词。通过比较使学生更快记忆。

20元纸币的呈现带给学生一种新鲜感，使学生在趣味中学习新内容。
