四年级的学生已经有了一定的学习英语的基础，从他们的年龄特点来看，他们的想象力丰富，好奇、好动、爱表现、善模仿，对新事物的接受能力较强，对于新鲜事物、陌生语言的好奇心能激发他们对外语的兴趣，让他们能够在学习外语的过程中能够大胆参与。另外，他们学习起来模仿力、记忆力、可塑性强，具有许多成人所不具备的优越性。为了符合学生这一特定生心理特点，本教学设计通过“巧设情景、寓教于乐”的方式，利用多种直观教具和现代化教学手段，力求满足不同类型不同层次学生需求、鼓励学生大胆使用英语，为他们提供自主学习和相互交流以及充分表现和发展自我表现的空间，并努力营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围;并且创设多种生动有趣的活动形式，让学生在兴趣盎然的英语活动中积累语言，积累生活。

拓展部分以采取故事形式，以反面教材为例，增加学生对各种职业的了解，让学生明白到做事不能三心两意，半途而废，从而激励学生向好的榜样学习;在小组问答及笔头练习的过程中，鼓励学生敢说敢写，大胆发言;通过多种形式的活动，激发学生的学习兴趣，提高学生课堂参与的积极性;并能在网络环境下自主探索，自主学习。能与同学合作学习，共同完成任务，学会用本课句型询问和表达自己心目中理想的职业
