1.      Develop ,implement and follow through the HR strategy, targets and activity plans in line with Company goals;

2.      Leading the HR& Admin team, giving each subordinates a specific task and establishing channels of communication, training subordinates, coordinating the work of subordinates; providing professional supporting to GM of the HR department, including office management, manpower planning ,recruiting ,training ,C&B and other support management.

1.        Responsible for HR daily work, recruiting employee, training employee, evaluating performance, counseling employee, training and developing employee.

2.        Familiar with Chinese labor law and relevant HR regulations.

Reason for Leaving: preparing for the entrance exam of MBA ,the company didn’t keep their promise pay me according to my requirement.

2.      responsible for drawing(making) up HR& Admin policy, formulate and implement HR policiycompensation and benefits in line with the statutory and business requirement, responsible for drawing(making) up or HR& Admin process;

3.      Develop effective employee’s reward and recognition systems to attract and keep competent and committed people;

4.      Leading the HR& Admin team, and providing professional supporting to GM, including office management, manpower planning, recruiting, training, C&B ,and other support management.

5.      Set up administrate management policy(such as policy that employee how to apply for office material,vehicle management, shuttle bus management ,management of buying office material, management of company dining room)and execute smoothly.

6.      Cooperate with local government to make management about company security issue 7.Familiar with Chinese labor law and relevant HR regulations
