Nowadays, an increasing number of college students choose to rent rooms or apartments off campus instead of living in dormitories on campus. There are probably three reasons for the popularity of room renting. Firstly, it seems the best solution for students who cannot adjust to dormitory life and show incompetence in roommate relations.
