一、概述

本课属人民教育出版社普通高中课程标准实验教科书英语必修1 Unit 1 Friendship第一课时。

本课时教学内容为Warming up部分，围绕“Friends and friendship”话题，以调查问卷形式了解学生日常生活中对待朋友的态度，从而使他们思考作为好朋友应具备的行为品性。本节课的重点是对待friendship态度的表达和同意或不同意的交际用语的表达。

二、教学目标分析

Ø       师生互动，小组讨论和演示活动，充分锻炼学生的语言表达能力;

Ø       设计实际存在的且敏感的话题，创设真实的情境，展开活动，交流各自的观点。

Teaching steps:

Step1.  Warm-up

1. Ss listen to an English song AULD LANG SYNE.

2. Brainstorming: let Ss say qualities of a good friend – honest, friendly, brave, humorous, funny, wise, kind, open-minded, responsible, helpful….

I think a friend should be kind.

A good friend is someone who makes me happy.

设计意图：由学生比较熟悉的歌曲：友谊地久天长引入，让学生谈谈他们心中的朋友应该具有的品质。

Step 2.  Talk about your old friends

1. Ss talk about their old friends in Junior Middle School, talk about their appearance, personality, hobbies, etc.

I think good friends should trust each other.

A good friend should help the one who needs help.

设计意图：引导学生回忆并描述其初中的好朋友，从而引发学生思考作为好朋友应具备的行为品性。

Step 3. Make new friends

1. Ss go around and ask their new friends some information and fill in the following form:
