My trip to Qingdao

In the recent years,  travelling seems to becoming more and more popular.  I,  too,  went on a trip to Qingdao during the holidays for National Day.

In the first few days,  I had a very good time,  enjoying the fresh air of the seaside,  listening to the sea waves and admiring the beauty of nature.  And to my greatest joy,  I made quite a few friends there.

But during the next few days,  the weather changed and I was often caught in the rain,  which made it impossible to enjoy the travel. It was really a little boring.  Next time it’s quite necessary to spend my holidays in a nearer place and do more preparation.

Whenever you get a desire to put a cigarette in your mouth,  replace it with something that will help you rather than harm you.  Drinking small amounts of water throughout the day is not only a good way to help you give up smoking,  but it is also a great way to stay healthy.  You should drink eight glasses of water per day,  if you can.  If you need to put something solid in your mouth,  then eat a piece of fruit.

Tell them that you are giving up smoking for health reasons.  Your true friends will support you and not offer you cigarettes.  Your family and loved ones will similarly support your efforts and help you to avoid situations where you may feel you have to smoke because of social pressure.
