Nowadays,people in many big cities are complaining the heavy traffic. It has serious influenced people’s daily life and economic development. To solve the problem,some pieces of advice is put forward. Some people suggest that more streets and roads are built. By this way,the traffic density can be reduced, thus speeding up the flow of buses and cars. Some people advise limit the number of bikes and cars. This can decrease the traffic flow. But on the other hand, this will effect the consumption and makes buses more crowded.

A discussion is held in our class over the topic which is more important: knowledg-e from textbooks or experience from practice.
Some students think knowledge from textbooks is more convincing for the reas-on that it comes from the practice of our ancestors and it can save us a lot of energy and time.
Other students believe experience from practice is more reliable for it comes directly from our own activities and the knowledge on textbooks may be univers-al and updated.
As far as I am concerned, the two should be combined. On the one hand, the former provides us with a base for exploration.
