The Antarctica(南极圈) is actually a desert. It is the only continent on the earth without a river or a lake.

The Antarctica is all ice all year round. The warmest temperature ever recorded (所记录的) there is zero, at the South Pole. Mr. Lang worked in a factory. As a driver, he was busy but he was paid much. His wife was an able woman and did all the housework.
