When I feel stressed, I would talk to my parents or good friends so that they can share my problems. Sometimes I listen to my favorite song and sing out loud with the singer. In this way, I feel much better. Besides, I can reduce my pressure by playing sports with friends.

If we can do as above mentioned, I do believe we can set free from pressure and enjoy our school life.
