Jetlag can often be a headache, literally, for those who travel through different time zones. The leading travel search site Tianxun. cn conducted a survey on the most popular methods to tackle jetlag among 1,000 airline passengers. The top 12 suggestions, in order of preference, are listed below.

Of the respondents, 37 percent said they tried taking Viagra to tackle jetlag, as some reports said it may help to reduce jetlag and about 7 percent said it helped. Herbal and motion sickness medication also helped, they said.

“It seems that a lighter diet and exercise can go a long way to prevent jetlag. We hope the survey will make your long journey a more comfortable one,” said Andy Sleigh, Asia Pacific General Manager of Tianxun. cn.

“Experience may possibly be the best teacher, but it is not a particularly good teacher.” You might think that Winston Churchill or perhaps Mark Twain spoke those words, but they actually come from James March, a professor at Stanford University and a pioneer in the field of organizational decision making.
