I hope I could be promoted in proportion to my contribution to a post that requires substantial responsibilities and entails sizable stock options in the company. 我希望能得到和我的贡献相称的提升，晋升的职位可以负担相当大的责任，能分配到公司不少的认股权。

“Do my best” is my motto in work. I hope I can be given more responsibilities and challenges with the increase of experience. “全力以赴”是我工作中的座右铭。希望我能随着经验的增加被赋予更多的职责和挑战。
