Everybody wants to be healthy. But how can we keep in good health?
First, we should try to eat healthy food. We should eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. As for junk food, we should not eat it more than once a week. We’d better drink milk twice a day. Second, we must have enough sleep. We must sleep at night, because it’s more helpful than sleeping during the day. If we don’t sleep well, we can’t do our work well. Third, we must exercise more than three times a week. Exercise helps us to study better. Walking , running , jumping and playing ball games are all good exercise.
So, good food, enough sleep and exercise keep us healthy.
