THE WAY OUT FOR CHINESE ENTERPRISES
Facing the challenge from WTO, all Chinese enterprises are working on the strategies to find a way out for themselves. Macroscopically speaking, three outlets are available for them to choose:
Firstly, be a cost leader, with the cheaper human resources & huge domestic markets, Chinese enterprises are more likely to realize their production of large of scale;
Secondly, take the lead in technology. If Chinese enterprises spend more money on technology research & development rather than on advertisements, it's no doubt that they are making a better choice;
Thirdly, cooperate. As the American saying goes: If you can't beat it, join it. In a saturated market, to cooperate to surrive may be the only way to stand the chance & carry on your business.
